I’ve been here twice, the first time with makeup on and the staff treated me kindly and were open to helping. The second time, no makeup, and everyone seemed passive aggressive and grumpy, whenever I asked for assistance or had a question (literally only twice) both staff members didn’t help, one literally just saying what I was currently holding was “good enough”. They’re normally stocked up pretty well, but the way I was treated made me feel unwelcome, and after reading other reviews with similar feelings I know it wasn’t just me overthinking it.

The makeup girls here are so very helpful and kind. And the guy up front checking me out for payments was fun & interactive!! They gave me options, introduced me to new selections, and let me try on new lip stains. They also taught me that I can have makeup services done here + makeup lessons. Which is fantastic!

I come here often. I prefer this location rather than the boca mall one bc it’s just easier. In and out!
The only issue I have with this store is that the ladies that check me out always get annoyed with me when I buy gift cards and ask to put them individually in separate baggies so I could give as a gift.

If I’m spending money for them to get more business, I don’t see why they act that way.

The girls here are not nice! My teenager daughter had wanted to come to Sephora to maybe find a solution for her pimples. We had arrived around 7:45 P.M, or so, thinking we had enough time, since we were rushing around the whole day. Since it was raining we had seen two woman standing underneath something to cover themselves from the rain, right near Sephora, me and my daughter did not think anything of it. But, right when they saw we were headed towards Sephora, they ran off, customer service? We had a lot of time to just go in and out, maybe not even taking 8 minutes, knowing what we needed to grab, we knew the closing time and we were going to be in and out, even if you argue that we came so late, it was 7:45 P.M Sephora closes at 8 P.M, we had a big amount of time, I am disappointed. So then, me and my daughter we’re standing outside the door, and I told her on how we have to go home, because we already tried and theirs probably no Sephora’s near, my daughter broke down crying, freaking out if her pimples are going to become worse, asking me how can she fix them? So then, we got back in the car, looking up other Sephora’s, we went to the Sephora in Kohls, much more helpful! Did not run away from me nor my daughter. Helped out us and calmed down my daughter. I find it pretty disrespect, that the lady’s at YOUR Sephora, could’ve not told us that it was closed while raining? Just imagine all the rain that got on us. If you’re gonna go somewhere go to the Sephora in Kohls, much more respectful employees, I am utterly disgusted and disappointed.

Thanks to Justina and the manager of this Sephora who saved my civil wedding day. After having an unexpected cancellation the morning of my wedding from another Sephora location, I contacted this location on Glades Road where the manager gladly and very cordially adjusted the schedule so that Justina, who was the makeup artist, could attend to me and my day was not ruined. I will be forever grateful to both of them, for their professionalism and warmth in understanding my situation. It is highly recommended to attend with Justina for your important events and above all to be certain that at this Sephora they care about providing you with the best service, solving any problems to satisfy their customers. A total example of professionalism and ethics.

The store is in a good location. It has a big variety of skincare and haircare products from the high end brands. So the drawback of this is above average pricing. The sales associates are very welcoming and helpful to choose the right products for your skin and hair. If you sign up with them you will get a free gift, plus a gift for your birthday month.
