Inside a slow mall, so really no issues. Staff attentive. Some decent sale items depending on timing and individual needs. Large and has everything you need. Furniture, bedding, clothing, jewelry, kitchenware, etc.
If you're looking for Macy's, this isn't bad. Lots of parking.

I recently visited the Macy's store near Coytown with the intention of purchasing perfume. Upon arriving at the perfume counter, I was greeted with a disappointing lack of customer service. Despite standing at the counter for several minutes, I was completely ignored by the available sales associate.

Additionally another customer service representative walked past me and offered assistance to a different customer, seemingly oblivious to my presence. This blatant disregard for my needs was both frustrating and disrespectful.

Ultimately, I decided to leave the store without making a purchase. I would not recommend this location, head to one of the others to avoid waisting your time.

This Macy’s it is a little outdated, disorganized and the staff is not very friendly compared to other Macy’s. The return counter or customer services don’t accept all returns only clothes if it is jewelry, perfumes or hole items you need to take to that department and do the return there, sorry but then why have a return desk or they don’t accept anything other than clothes. The perfumes desk we were waiting to be help for over 10 minutes that is ridiculous, we were looking for some furniture in the second floor there was nobody to help us or answer all the questions we had about a dinner table and some bedroom sets, the customer service in this macys is horrible or let’s just say there is none.
I would not recommend this store for nothing!

I will be starting a new job thought it would be a good idea to get some new things for my professional job. I ask a Macy’s employee for help with finding some new clothes. I was just asking to be pointed in the direction. She then explain, I was not at an upscale clothing store therefore they don’t have personal assistants. I was highly offended do to the fact I only needed directions who is she to tell me what I need is a personal assistant.she had no class at all judging the way she was dressed fashion tips was something she wouldn’t have the ability to help me with. now I remember why I have a Macy’s card and have not used it in 3 years there trash and so are their associates don’t go here if you want to be treated with respect. I prefer Dillards where they have class.

Had to stop in to find a perfume I’ve been looking for, and no one else seemed to have it in stock. I was greeted by this nice very helpful lady that got me what I need, and also made a few suggestions. I was in, and out of the store in no time with out any issues. That’s how every shopping visit should be. Get in, get what you need, get waited on by a friendly person, and get out...

It's just hard to find a clerk- but once we did she was amazing. My mom is 80 and dealing with chemo and wanted some pretty things and the clerk let her into the sale next Thursday which will save my mom money and let her have the pretty clothes. I'm sorry I didn't get the sales clerk name but she was wonderful.

Back in the day this was Burdines until Macys bought them. This is my Mothers go to because of this. Very friendly staff and attentive. I hate the mall has slowed down. It was the hang out decades ago..

This Macy’s is decent , a little outdated I might add. Could use some renovations. The bathrooms felt like I stepped into the late 70s lol. The pictures I posted were of the 2nd floor the home section. The employees were more concerned about their own conversations than the customers. But overall I love Macy’s as a company . Decent store , but it does seems like they are limited with a lot of items.
