Outstanding customer service; I have no words to express my gratitude to all who helped me. I am beyond grateful for the team at this Orlando location.

After having received a dress that was defective from an online order, Lisa from the dress section went above and beyond to help me find an alternative. She even encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone, which ended up being the best decision ever. Lisa and Lindsey, managers at the store, were also beyond kind and did everything in their power to help me have as even as an exchange as possible. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking for a formal dress!

Bloomingdale’s always comes through for me! Today, I found a new Jo Malone fragrance I liked (Silver Birch & Lavender) over in the cologne area, but they only had the large size bottle. The associate walked me over to the perfume area and was able to find the smaller bottle of the fragrance I was looking for! I appreciated the help and love my new scent!

I am thoroughly impressed with Bloomingdale's! This store deserves every one of its 5 stars. The level of cleanliness is remarkable, creating an inviting and pleasant shopping environment. The staff, particularly in the men's section where I was looking for suits, went above and beyond to assist me. Their expertise and willingness to help made the experience truly exceptional.

The jewelry selection at Bloomingdale's is extensive and impressive. Whether you're looking for classic pieces or trendy designs, they have it all. Additionally, their high-end cologne collection is a cologne lover's dream. The variety and quality of fragrances available are second to none.

Overall, my visit to Bloomingdale's was outstanding. From the helpful staff in the men's section to the fantastic range of jewelry and colognes, this store has it all. I'll definitely be a returning customer. If you're seeking a premium shopping experience, Bloomingdale's is a must-visit!

I don’t ever write reviews, but I had the worst experience at this store and with vendor Maje. I ordered a couple things online and 2 of them came damaged. First, I had a swimsuit that was supposed to come with a belt and it never did. Luckily I was able to return it just fine. The second item however was/is a nightmare. I received the item damaged and clearly used. The tag was cut off and missing a rhinestone. Mind you, this was a $300 item. When I tried to return it, all they kept telling me was that they are not able to receive unsellable items at the store and I would have mail it back. Which means, I have to print a label, take it to the post office myself and it will also take weeks to get a refund. But how is it that you sell me something damaged and you can’t take it back because it’s unsellable? That is so absurd. After multiple attempts and no luck, I asked for the manager, who already came to me saying they couldn’t take it and didn’t even listen. I was already crying at this point. As I kept trying, he said that I could either take the box and leave or they would see me out. I’ve never experience that in my life, it was so disrespectful. They didn’t try to help me at all, just kept saying they would not take it.

NEVER BUYING FROM BLOOMINGDALES OR MAJE EVER AGAIN.

Update: This all happened on 08/28. I ended up mailing it back that same day. Received an email on 09/03 saying the item arrived at the destination. It’s now 09/18 and I still haven’t received a refund. Also, already called customer services and they were no help. Still waiting.

The prices are absurd. Their “system” is always broken. No matter what you want there are problems or issues.

Horrible online shopping experience. Paid extra for next day shipping. Received email confirmation and did not receive my purchase. Called customer service who informed me my delivery date is on 10/16 which is not what I paid for. I asked for them to cancel my order and they said they couldn’t. My order has not been processed or shipped and they would not cancel it. Horrible service. False Shipping advertising. Never again will I shop on Bloomingdale’s.com Thanks for nothing!
