I went to Kohl's to find a foam latex pillow but I found out I had to order it online. Customer service help me place my order online. It is very helpful and another associate as I was headed to check out. Ask me if I needed help. They have a great clearance section

I went to this Kohls location at Altamonte springs on Sunday evening with my daughter and baby grandson. I went specifically to Sephora since the free standing were closed and this associate not sure if he was a manager continued to walk past us while I was looking at the new Rare beauty line. I was there about 20 minutes and he kept doing it so obvious racially profiling us as if we were trying to steal. Once we checked out and purchased the items I needed we went over to the baby section. As we were loading baby stroller etc into my car a security officer comes out walks over to by my car to get a shopping cart. The worst part is that the shopping had been then before we arrived but he decides to come just to see if I stole. This is terrible for this location to treat people like this I'll never shop at this location again !

Selections in some areas were slim and very much picked over. Difficult to get size needed. Good selection of high rise pants - thank you very much

The women at the Amazon return counters are weird. They complain about previous customers, complain about other employees and complain about how returns are brought back to the store. I never had this experience at Whole Foods. It’s in and out no complaints. I try to avoid coming here for returns. The gentlemen who do Amazon returns are very pleasant.

I hope a manager sees this because your cashier Souzan deserves all the raises. She was just the kindest person I've ever met at any retail store.
