I'm honestly so confused as to why the reviews are so low. My husband and I have purchased quite a few perfumes and colognes from The Perfume Collection over the years. We've always received excellent customer service from the woman here. She knows her stuff! And beyond that, both people in the shop have been VERY kind and understanding when we come in with our busy toddlers... and to us, that's a big deal! Thank you for treating us so well and providing such great products! We love the new storefront!

Literally the worst place to buy from. The owners are the biggest scammers. The most greedy people you can meet. The perfume I bought had a sticker on it that I guess they forgot to remove that was in some foreign language and at the bottom said generic and they would not refund me. Do not buy from them. The perfumes are not authentic.

Pésimo! Muy mal!
Lastima que investigue ya que había comprado, mi estafa fue de 3 perfumes! Es extraño que en este país no haya leyes para regular a los mentirosos estafadores! Una cosa es saber que estás comprando un perfume que no es original y otra es que engañen! Eso no tiene nombre! Efectivamente no hay Dev de dinero porque todos iríamos a devolver!
Por favor qué cierren estas tiendas !

LITERALLY, double the price than online sellers.
Unfortunately Dillards or whatever didn't have what I wanted.
Do not buy from here.

AVOID! Apparently, this business DOES NOT offer refunds, period. It's exchange only, even if the package is unopened. This is sketchy to me, especially after reading the other reviews. I'm glad I called to verify that a refund would not be given before I drove out to do the return because a different lady answered and in an unapologetic tone, said she's sorry I misunderstood. She also very sharply said it's stated on my receipt and on a sign at the kiosk (a sign I never saw because we did not view all around the kiosk). In addition, the sales lady with the accent definitely had a "hustler" approach to her and made it hard to just walk away. This is our fault for caving in, but I will now avoid kiosks as such like the plague. Lesson learned.

Awful experience very overpriced low quality product. Called and was told the perfume I wanted was $115 & then in person was told $120. The "same" bottle at ulta has an label on the bottle (with the perfume name). After purchasing & opening, the bottle was blank, labeleless, the odor seemed off, and a slightly different color. Personally, I'd consider this a scam but take it as you will. Do not recommend buying here at all, never again will I. Save yourself the time & money just go to a well known department store.

We just visited this store today at Rolling Oaks Mall and we didn't have a very good experience. We knew exactly what we wanted both my husband and I and this lady would not just tell us the price, instead she made us smell like 20 different perfumes and colognes that were more expensive and no matter how many times we said we would just like to buy what we already love, she just wouldn't let up. It was exhausting! It doesn't end there... she goes to ring up my perfume that I can buy online for $60 for 3 ounces and tells me it retails for $150.00 for the same 3 ounce bottle!!!!!! She then says she can "give me her discount for a great deal" and give it to me for $120.00.... SERIOUSLY!? I can get TWO bottles elsewhere for $120.00 This business is a scam.

Just go to Dillard’s or Macy’s! In my case I should have just went to Walmart l. I never give these places a chance and I will NEVER again! I stopped to buy some perfume and the lady kept trying to sell me a perfume she called “high end”. The high end at Walmart! I actually purchased it believing this young lady to only see this same perfume for almost 40 bucks cheaper at Walmart! What a joke! I went back the next day and of course they didn’t want to give refunds! They wanted me to get another perfume as an exchange! I can’t believe I went here and second that I was tricked! Argh #ShameOnMe
